Bellevue Botanical Gardens

We first explored the Bellevue Botanical Gardens as part of their winter lights festival (which is recommended). We returned more recently and found many more accessible trails than are open for the evening lights festival.

Key stats:

Distance: There are supposedly 1.7 miles of trail but not all of it is accessible. We covered a half mile loop.

Wheelchair accessible parking? Yes

Wheelchair accessible bathrooms? Yes (at the visitors center)

Trail condition? Very wide, hard-packed gravel trail as well as some paved sections. Relatively flat with a few short hills.

Highlights? Beautiful, unique trees and plants, great colors in the fall, hot cocoa or cider for the kids on a cold day at the cafe within the gardens.

Lots of terrain, not all of it accessible but worth exploring the various trails to see how far you can traverse.
